Craig came to my home on time for the estimate, noted that I should have a complete electrical check first before any work. He came back and completed this on time. He then did not try to upsell me on the work, I chose to have the right materials based on solid advice. The work was carried out by a team of three and they were excellent. Friendly, polite and a credit to the business, they worked around my dogs and children without any issues. The standard of the work is spot on and I highly recommend this business

I used Craig for my EICR check. He carried out the first part of the job without any issue, however he was needed for a second visit to go and put thing right for the EICR signed off as safe. I had to chase him constantly for this part of the job to be completed. Not sure whether he has changed his system but I couldn't get direct contact with him either on the mobile and landline. This was very frustrating! I will not be using him again.

Craig carried out installing a new consumer unit on our caravan site and replaced the electric hook ups for the caravans with metered ones. The workmanship was neat and professional, timekeeping was good and the price I paid was the price on the quote even though he supplied an upgraded consumer unit at no extra cost. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and I have more work I will be asking them to do for me.

I recently bought a house in Shrewsbury, and was prepared for pretty much everything but to have the house rewired. Craig was recommended to me by a friend, and all I can say is a massive thanks for making the whole thing so easy. From the very start and even with changes I asked for, the whole nightmare of having a house rewired became very simple. They did a massive clean up every time they did work and at the end of the job even came back to double check the floor boards were back and secured. If I had one negative comment I would say but have nothing but praise and gratitude. Thanks Craig, and Bernie, (the unsung hero), for an absolute diamond of a job.

Craig has done some superb jobs for me since moving into my property, he has fixed a faulty RCD fuse box, sorted out electrical faults in the conservatory and installed a security camera. "We all live in a world of do we really getting what we asked for? Generally we do not!, But let re assure you With Craig and his assertive team, They just cant wait to satisfy the needs of the customer, yes that's you , They feel that's its there duty to do as they have stated Firstly you get the price quoted, Not a penny more, No well I had to pay for this , and don't forget the VAT and I had to get extra cable , We had a total rewire of our house and the price quoted was far cheaper than four quotes we had, Craig and the team treated the house as if it was there own, Yes cleaning up as they went a long doing the work, turning up every day at the times stated, if fact the house seemed cleaner I'm afraid to say, He said that he would try his best to keep things and the work load to a minimum, he did more than that, a few months earlier I had the house fully decorated, imagine my horror , to be faced with the rewiring, and the thought of doing the total redecorating, In fact there was no need to worry, Craig is outstanding, yes outstanding, Why am I stating this, its because you need to have the care that I have been given Craig and the team even took the time to cut out the individual tiles in the kitchen wall each one slowly, so that no damage was caused in order for us to have the rewiring done without any additional stress, and the tiles placed back, as they were no longer available, he sad to me that he treats each customers home as if it was there own, and he Did!
