Great experience! Had an electrical problem preventing any use of the car. Few garages had the expertise to look at it and the ones that could were a long wait. Up pops OBD_pal who came out to diagnose same day and got it fixed in the time quoted and at a reasonable price. Really friendly and helpful and would definitely recommend.

OBD Pal diagnosed the source of my battery drain in 2 hours after other people had failed taking days to do so. They then procured new parts over the weekend, and painted them ready for assembly 2 days later. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge and work ethic and will certainly use them again if another need arises.

Pal is am absolute wizard. A garage in Shrewsbury had my car for 23 days, yet weren't able to fix or even diagnose the fault! He arrived at the garage around 11 am and by noon he had already fixed the fault. How fantastic is that? I am now looking forward to having the age old battery drain investigated by him soon. I have no hesitation recommending him to anyone who has an electrical problem in their vehicle, regardless of its age.
