They’ve been constantly tripping and we couldn’t figure out why... it’s been quite stressful. But Dan has been so wonderful and put my mum’s mind at ease. He originally gave us advice over the phone to try and resolve the issue as he genuinely wanted to help. The issue, however, still occurred and my mum couldn’t switch the electric back on. We were desperate to get it solved, so we contacted Dan again and he was out that same morning at 7:30am to sort it out. He was polite, friendly and very professional. I called Dan at D W Electrical with an emergency electrical issue, he rang me back promptly and sorted the problem really quickly. Would definitely recommend and will be using again in the future.
A. S.Need lights and fan insulated in my bathroom, like most wasn’t 100% what was required and also what fittings required.
Dan not only did the work but also talked me through the different type of light fightings and also purchased them at very competitive rates.
What pleases me most was the level of service and in particular being on time and efficiently doing the work.
Finding people who you can trust and don’t let you down is hard work these days and therefore I recommend Dan very highly!
