I selected Rollings as they were local and seemed to offer a good range of products and value for money. Communication with Aidan before the event was excellent, and I was kept fully advised as the installation date approached. The engineer, Luke, turned up on time (early in fact, due to the excessive heat), checked the suitability of the work I'd had done and did a first rate installation. He then talked me through the system settings and made sure everything was working as it should. I am delighted with the work done and would have no hesitation in recommending Rollings.

I visited Rollings EV Solar and Storage, a local Worcestershire firm, after seeing one of their vans parked on an electricians driveway nearby. After visiting the company who gave me a lot of very sound technical advice and conducted a site survey I placed an order for an 8.2KW Giv Energy battery storage system. This was to back up solar panels fitted by a different company in early February this year. Lead times for the supply of these batteries involved a wait of a few months, not helped by Covid logistical chaos! I had an advisory call a couple of days ago from Rollings that the installation was scheduled for yesterday 01/12/21 and two very competant electricians arrived at 08.30am prompt to start work. I cannot fault any aspect of their work and can't praise Luke and Sean enough for their very neat and efficient workmanship. The job was finished around 4.0pm and properly commissioned following some Giv Energy technical support. Great company and first class employees. No hesitation at all in recommending! Went back to Rollings today 01/09/22 with a request to assist in filling out a form to register with the District Network Operator (Western Power Distribution) a prerequisite for exporting power to the utility companies, the solar panel installer having failed to do this for me in spite of repeated requests to do so. Western Power Distribution were helpful and emailed the correct registration form and Corie at Rollings very kindly filled out all the required technical information for both the existing solar system and the battery storage that they had provided, including an electrical schematic diagram and sent off the details. Once again first class customer service, going the extra mile to be as helpful as possible in resolving this long standing problem.

After receiving the quotation for the solar edge system with 14 panels and battery storage we replied to say we would like to go ahead. I had a Rolec wallpod installed by Rollings Electrical Ltd, Paul came out to my property to quote the job, he arrived on time and was very informative on the different types of products I could have installed. I found Rollings Electrical Ltd to be fairly priced. Luke was the electrician/ engineer that installed the wallpod. Luke was extremely professional and he took pride in his work and fitted the pod very neatly and his work was very clean and tidy . Rollings EV are a small family run business, so you get the personal touch, but at the same time very professional. I contacted them from a google search and they came back to me quickly, carried out a site survey efficiently and, as they had the battery in-stock, did the installation in a few days. That includes securing all the necessary permissions. The guys that turned up on site were polite and professional. They had all the best kit (vans and tools) and got the job done in a day. The battery they installed weighs 125kg, and they had to carry it into my cellar, which they did without a scratch. This work has allowed me access to the cheapest electricity tariff on the market at 8p/kWhr. This will save me money in the long term. I am a happy customer.

Rollings EV were brilliant in fitting my new EV charger. From Paul's first visit and advice through the full installation, their service was great. Because my installation was "tricky" being a listed building and the charge point being a good distance away from the fuse box (which had to be replaced) I was expecting problems. But these guys turned up on time and did everything required with minimal disruption and absolutely no mess. Also I still can't see how Simon dug up my gravel drive, laid 20m of cable and put everything back exactly as it was! If I couldn't see the cable connected to the charger and the charger working I would have said he hadn't touched the drive. Thanks for a great job guys.

These guys fitted an electric vehicle charging point at my home. After my power supplier fitted an isolation switch, Rollings EV then fitted the charger. They were punctual, polite and helpful. They tidied up after themselves, left everything in good order and, as this job was done during the Coronavirus pandemic, they wore masks, kept their distance and disinfected the area and door handles once they'd finished. Paul made a very detailed inspection of the requirements for my new 9.5kw shower. A new 15 outlet consumer unit was fitted with around 15 meters of 10mm cable, This runs from front to back of the cellar then up the outside wall in a conduit into the bathroom. Then under the bathroom floor to the shower position. Nick ( milk and 1 sugar) and Sean ( milk and 2 sugar ) did a great job on this complex installation. They very neatly installed the extractor fan without incurring any damage to the bathroom ceiling. ( |How did they do that?!) The job was completed in one day to a very high standard and very competitive price, I selected Rollings Electrical after getting five different quotes. I am very glad I did! I can highly recommend Rollings Electrical and will be using then again for two or three other jobs I have in mind. They are honest, reliable and pleasant to deal with. Great company. Great job!

Paul's company did an electrical safety check for me prior to the purchase of a new property earlier in the summer and as a result he identified that we needed a replacement Consumer Unit to comply with new regulations (The old one had fuse wire !!) I was aware that our house would need a complex install and was dissatisfied with other companies that had done remote Google Earth surveys to quote. Paul came to our site, did a free of charge quote and discussion of the system I was interested in. He confirmed where there were installation challenges for the solar PV and EV charging point, gave me solutions and options to consider. I was very interested in the Myenergi products and have installed their Zappi and Eddi with the PV system. Today was our first sunny day since install (Jan 2022). We generated 13kw which charged my hybrid car battery with excess solar and then some further excess heated some water. We consumed nearly the full 13Kw that we generated. The install was complex but the results were worth it.
