I have just bought a new house that I am completely remodeling. I contacted SJM to get them to quote all the electrical works... the price was very reasonable, contact was great and within a few days they have already been and set me up a temporary power supply so I can get started with the demolition. The guys that came were polite, professional and even though I told them to leave their mess, I still came back to a tidy house. I am looking forward to working with them on the rest of my project, and they have been great in advising me on a working schedule to ensure my project runs smoothly. Can't recommend enough.

As a local business owner I have used SJM many times. Ranging from circuit board upgrades, exterior lighting and most recently security cameras. Each installation has been top notch and cannot fault any aspect of the work arranged. The engineers are professional, friendly and thorough. Price wise SJM are very very competitive. A first class company who have done exactly what they said they would, gone out of their way to fit in with our project schedule and persevered to resolve the unforeseen problems that have inevitably arisen during our house renovation. SJM have rewired the house for us from top to bottom including updating fuse boards, adding new sockets, switches, bathroom appliances and accessories, ventilation and kitchen appliances. The next stage is power and lighting to the garage and outside. We have complete confidence in the work which has been thorough, professional and is clearly of a high standard. We’ve had many trades people working on our house renovation and not all of them have shown the same commitment as the SJM team. They discussed the detail of how we wanted things done at every stage, worked hard to overcome unforeseen issues, the work is very neat and they respected our home . SJM Electrical Services were contracted by us to aid in the design, and complete the electrical installation within our new industrial unit in Sussex.The whole process from initial contact to completion was carried out in a professional manner with us being constantly updated throughout the whole process. The engineers were friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. The installation was completed to a very high standard, and the unit left spotlessly tidy. On completion of the project the installation was handed over and a full and detailed handover pack was presented and explained to us. Further to that a follow up call a few weeks after completion to check all was fine, is testament to their determination to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained. SJM Electrical Services came to change a light switch and add a new light fitting at our home-based childcare provision. The work was done efficiently and to an exceptionally high standard, despite a tricky light needing to be hung. Not only this, but our children showed high levels of interest in the work being carried out and so the electrician began to get them involved in the process, he was patient, informative and seemed undetterred by their interest and involvement, instead encouraging them and teaching them as he went about the process. Cannot fault the level of hard work and customer service that SJM provide, they always go above and beyond and this is the reason we would never use anyone else. Thank you!

We have now used SJM 3 times. We first used them to carry out a electrical survey of a property we were purchasing. When we moved in they carried out the work suggested in the report. Since then they have carried out a electrical refit for our kitchen extension. We have met 8 different members of the company and all of them have been extremely helpful, polite and professional. I can not recommend SJM Electrical services high enough. From booking the appointment to coming to quote the price to the engineer coming to do the work was an exceptional customer experience. I have very old storage heaters which needed to be replaced along with 3 very old fuse boards. They were with me all day and didn't stop working all day, they were polite, friendly and cleaned everything away after themselves. They showed me how everything worked, what to do and didn't leave till all the electrics were tested. And took all the rubbish and storage heaters away with them. The owner of the company was so easy to work with and really listened to every single thing we wanted for our home.
