I found these guys on Google, after a bit of research I decided to give them a try for a home network installation project I had on. Website is easy to navigate and I had no problem locating all the bits I needed for the project. everything is clear including delivery and turnaround. My order was delivered on time even though there are shipment issues worldwide They looked after me from start to finish and even when an ordering mistake was made on my part they fully supported this and helped out to resolve the mistake that I made! Good range, but the good stuff is Trade only... Wanted to purchase some upgraded Camera's for my home CCTV setup, these guys had what I wanted and at a cheaper price than some other places I'd seen. Sure, you can't get free next day delivery with your subscription account like elsewhere but I wasn't in a rush. Delivery was on time and via a reputable courier both of whom keep you up to date on timescales. Can't fault the goods or the experience here. Whilst on the site I did look around to see what alternatives they might stock, I was upgrading anyway so why not see if there was something even better. I was slightly disappointed to see that they only offer certain stock to 'Trade' users - I'm just a guy looking to secure his home but should that mean I can't buy a certain brand of Camera or that I have to pay someone in the 'trade' to provide one for me (with their upsell value on top I assume). I get supplying to trade as a business model - you even have a VAT slider on the site to show applicable pricing, just let me buy the good stuff direct, I don't see what the big deal is.

Great service, first delivery was delivered to the wrong place due to the fault of Royal Mail. I let them know I hadn’t received my order as specified and they sent out replacements on next day via a different company so I did not need to wait any longer. Very impressed and happy with how they resolved that issue.

I ordered two special batteries from Connectec. Unfortunately one of the batteries appeared to be faulty. When I raised a concern about the product, I received a reply within minutes to the effect that they would replace the item immediately and not to bother returning the faulty item so as not to incur additional postage costs. The replacement arrive two days later, what a service!. I cannot praise this company highly enough for their after-sales service.

hands down the most excellent service all round! there are cheaper suppliers out there, yes but I spoke with these guys initially as I liked their website. They talked me through what CCTV systems I actually needed and how to go about setting them up! I bought the systems from them, not a huge investment but a first step for me. What a great company. Having being somewhat perturbed by the volume of break ins recently we decided to make our home more secure. Not having any knowledge on security systems we visited Connectec and were met by a really nice knowledgeable young man named Paul. He preceded to show myself and my wife the security systems he had in stock and did this with patience due to our lack of knowledge. I enquired about one model of Hikvision CCTV camera and had a very informed response which showed that it was a model not normally available in UK (I had thought to buy it via eBay direct from China, but couldn't afford the time delay). After some discussion, I was offered a more recent mini-dome camera with pretty much the same spec but at lower cost. However that turned out to be out of stock in the quantity I required (8 off) and more stock was a month ahead. Trusting Connectec to have got it right (my first transaction with them) I paid up and waited. Sure enough, the delivery information came through in the timescale promised at purchase. The cameras and wall brackets arrived as promised with plenty of email advisory notes, well packed and the paper work (vat invoice) in good time. I have checked one of the batch and the camera is up to expectation and easy to setup. I would cerrtainly recommend Connectec for their competent advice and professional processes.

I recently ordered an NVR and an internal hard disk for recording to connect to my IP Camera, both orders arrived on time , well packaged and the instructions were clear and straight forward. I like online prices with great service and Connectec has both. The NVR software was easy to set up after connecting to my network (I had to dig out an old monitor) Menu software was easy and recording worked first time. I called support to sort out a remote viewing issue and the very knowledgable and helpful Paul called me back and talked me through the setup process. User error on my part. A great example of excellent personal service. I would use Connectec again if adding to my system.

Bought a dashcam four months ago from Connectec because they were the cheapest option. Three months later it developed a fault but Connectec Support were a pleasure to deal with.
