Simon and his team were thoroughly professional at all times. Knowledgeable, polite, helpful and a pleasure to have around. Excellent service. I explained my problems and Simon and his team turned up a few days later in the evening to start work. Everything was completed within the hour, despite a tricky problem to solve at one point! Since my dad died he has helped my mum feel secure in her home by fitting CCTV cameras for her and fixing any electrical issues she has had over the years. I needed an electrician to come and replace my old fuse box for something more modern. Simon came round to discuss the job, suggested what I should have and explained what would be involved in doing the job. I decided to go with him and was glad I did. Simon arrived on time and ensured we were prepared for the electric going off before he started. He replaced the fuse box and when finished he talked us through the new components. A few days later the power went off. We called Simon and he promptly came round to investigate the problem. We thought there was a problem with the new fuse board, but it turned out that my iron was broken and the new fuse box had saved me from getting a shock. We were really impressed with Simon and would highly recommend him to others.
