Such great customer service; knowledge with a smile. We went in for a light bulb and ended up buying a garden lighting system and a dishwasher thinking ‘sod the online saving of £10-20’. It’s so nice to have good local shops giving good advice and a friendly welcome.

I have a second home in Rosedale and my washer dryer needed to be replaced. As I was not at the house I ordered a new one over the telephone and gave Adam the keycode number. Stricklands removed the old machine and installed the replacement within a few days so that when I came up to the house a week or so later all was working and there was no mess and no packaging to dispose of. Excellent service. Thank you very much.
