Since starting work with Bond Healthcare in 2019, I have never had a time where I could say anything to the negative. It’s been a very positive experience so far. I find them a very supportive and understanding company with great staff who will liaise and do all they can to accommodate your shift availability. And also be understanding in the event of personal situations or bereavements. I feel the work/life balance is well met with Bond and the rates of pay are above average and the fact that wages are paid weekly is a great bonus. I’d definitely recommend Bond as an excellent employer.

I enjoy working with this agency as it is solely down to you if you want to work a shift and there has been no faults with payment. The agency always has shifts available if you want to work. It has a very easy app to use to book shifts and if you have any queries they respond very quickly to you.
