Ian got in touch about a position I applied for. Talked me through the role in great detail, and the company I was applying. He took the time to talk to me, get to know what I wanted, and needed from a job, to make sure the job and I fitted. Provided me with advice and helped me prepare for the interview. Ian also took the time to chat after the interview, to see how it went. Ian is positive and confident in what he is doing. Ian from Manpower initially called me on a Friday morning to discuss an application I submitted via indeed.com on Thursday evening and subsequently after an extensive very relaxed discussion he submitted my application later that morning. I asked him if he could give me the name of the company I would be applying to but at that time said he couldn't but said he would call back soon. Not even 20 mins passed and not only did he give me the name of the company but he had secured an interview for the following Monday afternoon! Prior to interview Ian had emailed me information regarding interview techniques which proved useful and also he called on the morning of the interview to ensure that I was ok and if I had any concerns, questions etc. The interview I felt went well and I called Ian afterwards to let him know how it went and discussed what was asked, what I answered etc and his opinion thought did the best I could. The next morning Ian called saying that he had an email from the company that I got offered the position! Ian then explained what happens next about contracts, offer letters etc and has kept in constant contact via text,emails and calls throughout the whole process. I really did feel that Ian provided a highly professional and very friendly service and did contact him about some questions I had...nothing was too much trouble and if he couldn't give an answer at that time then would always contact me with an update and let me know. So overall an excellent and professional service that I have received from Ian and in never having used a recruitment agency before I would very highly recommend Manpower.
