I have been working with Celsian for 2 years, they are friendly and proactive and have consistently found me suitable, local roles. They build strong relationships with schools meaning that I have been able to return to a lovely school regularly, even when my availibility changes weekly! Their professional approach has enabled me to work flexibly and in roles I choose. I work closely with Emma but the rest of the team are always more than happy to help. The initial interview was quick and easy and I was told everything I needed to know. Louise worked hard to get me a long term post at a school extremely quick after signing up.
