I have been working for Eyears for a couple of years now. My consultant Sarah is the best. she is professional, very approachable, knowledgeable and understands my work needs. They always try to get me jobs close to where I live. All staff at Eyears are amazing. Communication is excellent, they send emails, text messages and confirm the shifts. They call see how you doing Overall they are great agency to work with and I would recommend to any of my family and friends. pro:flexible hours, good communication and team, summer hours con: cant contact Eyears on weekend. if you need to cancel shift

I have worked for Eyears since I finished college, this is an amazing agency to work for and would highly recommend it to any of my friends or family. All the staff are friendly, approachable and always find work around your availability. A big shout out to my personal consultants Matt and Zara who are constantly finding me work around my university course and giving me the opportunity to work in a range of early years settings, which has helped me develop my professionalism. With this agency you also get the opportunity to complete courses, such as first aid and safeguarding.

An amazing agency to work for!!! I am on my second long term placement with Eyears and have found that they are very prompt in finding work for employees. The placements are usually long term and if not, I can guarantee I wont be out of work long before a new placement is agreed. The staff are absolutely lovely and easy to talk to. Working with Eyears has given me the opportunity to gain experience working with different age groups of children and working in different settings allows me to learn new things. New update. After leaving E years (Birmingham Branch) for a couple years to try out new experiences which wasn't for me may I add, I finally went back to what I knew which was E years. They now have a new improved service which makes timesheets signing & updating availability much easier. As always the team have been a great help and support especially Matt, Zara, Sarah, Scott, Andy, Hannah and Jennie. And even though Ben and Simon have left, they too were a great part of the team. I would recommend this childcare agency to anyone who asks as I have been enjoying my time here. Thanks again E years for so many great opportunities I have had 😊

I have worked for Eyears Birmingham for several years. I have found each member of staff to be polite, helpful and caring. When I have been contacted re work at a new placement the agency staff have explained exactly where it is and the best way to get there using public transport. If I have refused a placement there has never been a bad reaction from Eyears staff, just a query as to why which is very often distance for me. When I have had a problem,which isn't very often, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Eyears to discuss it. They are always ready to listen and I know they follow up if necessary. I am happy working for Eyears, Birmingham and would recommend the agency to anyone I knew looking for this sort of work.

I work with eyears every summer and they are amazing to work for. They are always busy and will give you work when needed. If you like working on your own, agency is deffo for you or meeting new people. You do meet other team members of eyears and they are all lovely. They also have an app, so you dont have to write down times, its already done for you. I recommend signing up with eyears. I will not go with any other agency.

Scott and Hannah have been constantly finding work appropriate for me. Initially, I was a upset that Simon left but Scott did an amazing job by being in touch till he found work very relevant to me. I highly recommend anyone wanting an agency who puts them first to join Eyears. I registered with them and within a few weeks had an offer of a job within a school close to me sutible to my wants and needs. From day one of registering with them, my education consultant was in regular contact with me making sure I wad Ok, if things had changed and if I needed any help with apnything. I felt I mattered to them. I have had bad experiences with previous agencies where you register with them and never heat from then again but Eyears put me at ease and their interview process made me feel valued and welcomed.
