I’d like to share my experience as a candidate. I recently graduated university and was looking for a role in Digital marketing. I was contacted by a lovely lady named Lucy and she’s since spoken to me regarding different positions she thought I could be suitable for. She was extremely pleasant and personable, and The service she provided was so good I didn’t feel like Gleeson was similar to any other recruitment company that is in it for themselves. They go out of their way to find the best fit for you and the company they’re recruiting for. I have now been employed but Gleeson will definitely be my first point of contact if I need help finding a new position in the future. The fact that they specialise in Marketing is a huge selling point. If you’re a new graduate looking for work, you’re in safe hands!

I have been dealing with Phil Birch who took the time to make an extensive presentation about the hiring company and answer all my questions. He was also very responsive and supportive throughout the entire recruitment process. Although, months later after being hired, I didn't appreciate him calling on a Sunday evening to give me heads up that he would on site the next day, it was more the unprofessional approach more than anything; I would have preferred an email, but this doesn't take away his professionalism and supportiveness he showed at the beginning.
