d. n.I work for this Agency for about two months. What I like so far is the communication with the whole team. They are all very attentive and nice. Also, the rate is very good comparing to others. However, the bad thing is definitely the competency within the team. There is a lot of employees when is simply not possible, especially for winter time to cover all. Also, the one who has work for a long time has a benefit to get better jobs or to be approved automatically after previous work experience for them. Therefore for the rest of us is impossible to win this race. I like the applying through the app.

There is lack of work with about 3 shifts a week being available for me. A lot of shifts are miles away (Ie in the north) with no transport costs being provided. With a few improvements it could be really great.
