Cannot sing their praises enough it has to be said. Dan and Michelle were fantastic communicators from the start. I mainly dealt with Dan who was so personable from the moment I answered the call it was like I’d known him for years! They worked so hard to locate me a job and reassure me along the way and Michelle even rang me before my interview to wish me luck! Anyone looking for jobs and struggling, get yourself on board with these guys and they’ll support you all the way. Massive thanks to Dan and Michelle!!

Securing job applicants with employment may indeed be the primary/sole role of a recruitment agency, but encounters between applicants and agents that are underlined with friendliness and enthusiasm have their paramount place; such creates a platform for understanding, and the potential to initiate growth with positive outcomes. My first interaction; one with a person of the name Mr Daniel Pritchard, was one where I encountered an instant free flowing friendliness, I was given substantial advice/guidance which even comprised of job-post roleplay. In addition to this I was presented with potential options, and this concluded with a post being secured for me within 3-days. I understand no agency can guarantee or simply roll-out the securing of job-posts, naturally this is not a realistic expectation. Nevertheless, as I mentioned above, my first encounter was one of enthusiasm and free-flowing friendliness. I both acknowledge and appreciate this. Kind Regards, Id B

Very professional, always treated with respect. When speaking on the phone it was like I was talking to a friend many thanks to Matt and Oliver. I was placed at three different locations in these unstable times gaining permanent position at the last. No problem being paid always on time along with my holiday pay being paid straight away after I left.

I am still working with The Recruitment Group and as an agency, have found them to be very responsive and reactive should I have any queries regarding work I have been allocated with different companies e.g. wages/hours/job spec. It seems to me that they are very formal in hiring and serious in fulfilling payments. and paying the corresponding hours if your shift is canceled, that is really important.

I've worked for this agency a couple of times over the years. Each time was long-term work or temp to perm work. They're one of the few agencies who treat you like a human being. I've never had a problem with wages not being paid or any nonsense like that. Once you're in a job they tend to leave you alone - unlike other agencies that phone or text you everyday to make sure you go in. Ideally it's best to be employed direct by a company, but if you have to use an agency, then I recommend these guys.

I would like to make a Special review for Next recruitment who found me a job within a week during Covid19. My agent who works for the company goes by the Name OLIVER STONE , he was fabulous, fast and professional. He called me regarding my CV and that there may be a job for me. Next day he sent over my CV over to the company who was looking for staff. Then the Following day Kaboom i had the job :) As you know through Covid it was hard to find a job as so many people lost theirs. But OLIVER made sure that i found a job in no time . Oliver called me once a week during the first 3 weeks of my job to make sure i was ok and if the job was okay and if any issues to contact him. It is often said that 'an organization's best asset is its people.' I think Next Recruitment Ltd. is fortunate to have assembled a crop of consummate professionals together. I have had a 6 month experience with them and of all the agencies I have ever worked with Next is my number one! I say this without mincing words. Though the guys there may not be perfect, and no one expects them to be, but while paying attention to details as in due diligence, they take extra efforts to satisfy their clients needs as well as their employee's needs. Over the period I have come to develop a special relationship with some of them like Kirk, Matt, Kelly (wonderful customer service personnel) and Richard.
