The founder of diamond dental staff, Emma has been nothing but a blessing to me, Luke and Mo have been nothing but coureous and encouraging. Emma has supported me from the moment we connected and is constantly inspiring me to do more and gives nothing but support. If any one is looking for a mentor, cheerleader or just someone for a good old chinwag, Emma’s your girl! Any recruitment needs, career advice or enhancing your job applications or portfolio, I would definitely recommened DDS to anyone!

From the first time I spoke to Emma she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She really showed an interest in me and wanted to help and support me in my new career. I was very scared as it was a complete career change for me but she was amazing and believed in me from the beginning and is now a friend to me, not just a recruiter. Over 2 years on and Emma still has contact with me making sure I am always working to the best of my ability and always supporting me to progress further. I was lucky enough to be part of her first training programme which was an 8 week Treatment Coordinator course where I learnt about the role in detail and covered all the relevant topics and skills for the job role. I will now be able to put everything I've learnt in to practice in my new role as TCO. I was also introduced to Claire, who has an incredible amount of experience and knowledge as well and was the best mentor. Claire had a catch up with me each week for 8 weeks during the course and had so much patience listening to me and offering support and guidance whenever I needed her. I cannot recommend Diamond Dental Staff enough, they will not disappoint and will do their best to help you as much as possible from the very first contact.

The meet and greet videos they send of the candidates were really helpful, and was comforting to know they handle all the compliant checks. Staff also very friendly and helpful.
