Mia has been an efficient, professional and very pleasant agent during my time as a supply teacher! She has listened to my wishes and offered me many opportunities to supply weekly for Engage. I would highly recommend the agency. They are very good communicators and organised, clear and open when you deal with them. It was my first experience of supply during my sabbatical and I could not have found a better experience elsewhere.

I have been working with engage since my return to England from Canada at the beginning if the year and have been super impressed. My paperwork , checks and references were handled swiftly and efficiently and I was working within 2 weeks of contacting the agency. Mia has been excellent, always in contact, listens and remembers and has constantly found me work. She patiently encouraged me to try schools and decide whether to return or not without judgement. Once I found a couple of schools I liked she worked to get me book aheads there and worked around other things in my schedule. Payment is efficient and paperwork simple. I've worked with a number of teaching agencies internationally and in England and can honestly say that Engage Brighton is one of my favourites. I was registered quickly and easily, able to start work as soon as my DBS came through. And working with Mia and Aaron was an absolute dream! They were both so respectful of any scheduling needs, offering both flexibility for last minute changes as well as giving me the opportunity to book in with schools well in advance. They checked in often to see how I was doing and how I was liking the schools that I worked with, making effort to connect me with my favourites whenever possible. Both Mia and Aaron often passed along compliments from the schools I worked at — something that often doesn't happen with busy agencies — which is a real morale boost. They both managed to maintain a high degree of professionalism without losing that human touch. I truly felt valued working there. Substitute teaching in general can have its challenges at times, but Engage did everything in their power to make it the best possible experience. If I'm ever back in Brighton, I would 10000% return to this agency.
