Sally helped me to find a suitable role during challenging times during the first Covid lockdown, when the market for opportunities was extremely limited. Working within these limitations, Sally identified a role with an excellent fit, even though it was outside of the industries I was willing to put myself forward for. Sally spent significant time facilitating the process for myself and the employer to determine whether the role would work for us both, which now a year on I can confirm it does. At no point in the process did Sally make an efforts to "hard sell" the role to me, and was always open with general advice.
