Lauren was so helpful with helping me get my new role. She was always more than happy to answer any questions I had, was very easy to talk to, was professional, and has a great relationship with my new company which meant she was easily able to ask them any questions too. Would 100% recommend.

By far the best agency I've experienced! The usual recruitment processes are in place here BUT with that very much needed element of care! Whilst I didn't accept my offer, Alfred was the only recruiter who was able to land me one. They were also the only recruitment agency who bothered to reply to my e-mails/phone calls. My recruiter was Rhianna - a bubbly, enthusiastic lady who voluntarily altered my CV to fit the role I was applying for and vouched for me and my ability to potential employers. I feel bad not accepting the offer because I fear it reflects poorly on her and the company. But make no mistake - I couldn't ask for a better experience and I'll certainly never forget the experience. Thank you to Rhianne and everyone else at Alfred.

Very friendly staff and I have had contact with every member of the team. Working really hard to find me a role and putting me forward for lots of jobs. I’m pretty much speaking to them every day about roles. Best agency I’ve been with in terms of roles they can find me and customer contact. Not one of these agency where you sign up and never hear from them and you have to keep chasing them for roles. Have every confidence they may find me my next role or at least gain me valuable interview experience.

Shannon was very friendly & professional from the first message I received from her.
