Great employer. Always looked after me with lots of work and great conditions. I've worked with many agencies over the years and employers but I have at last been treated really well and with respect. Would highly recommend working for them if your a chef.

I find Blue Arrow generally a pretty good business partner and on a daily basis i get excellent service from my account manager Matt Cogan. The only time i have issues is when Matt is on Holiday then the service drops dramatically if they could get this right then it would be a 5 star review. So well done Matt.

Sinita the lady who deals with transport is excellent, very friendly and extremely helpful always providing constant work. I hardly write reviews talk less of giving a company 5 stars ratings but i thought this was an exception . When i first contacted them for job , the first impression was great . The Consultant was friendly, made sure I understood everything I needed to know and was professional and really made me feel like they company had my best interests at heart They offered me many choices for work thats suits my schedule and were always very responsive when I contacted them. My consultant Sinita Sermuksnyte went above and beyond to help anytime I needed assistance , very professional ,Intelligent and very reliable .She is really amazing . I worked for Bluearrow a good number of years ago and overall enjoyed my times at the few placements i had with them, i loved that i had regular contact with the agency and Nigel definitely still rings a bell, i remember my placement had ended and i got in touch about a week or so later only to be told that they couldnt take me on because i was “being political at work” with some colleagues, and of course to my utter shock i couldnt beleive what i was hearing and then they confirmed later on that day that it was in fact somebody else and not me, so a mix up with my name. so that was sorted, but another issue that happened in a workplace which put me off was the fact that someone was passing derogotory comments about my religion, without them knowing i was that religion, and at the time me being so young just passed it off, when in actual fact they were the ones being political but never got reported so nothing was done about it, So it was just those 2 encounters which put me off working for BlueArrow again.
