My partner and I moved to Palma in search of starting our careers in yachting and signed up to a million agencies. As a newbie most don't respond, or send you a generic response advising there are no jobs for beginners. Not Crew & Concierge though, and definitely not Hope! She was the first agency who gave me a call and was very genuine about the industry and how our chances would be. She asked me questions about what I was looking for and paired positions to this. She was always so helpful with my queries and would often check in to see how we were going. I decided to stick with Hope as I value amazing customer service and authenticity, so I continued to follow up and work with her in trying to get a permanent role. Amazingly she found me a role with a boat that ticked all the boxes I had advised I was looking for! She organised the interviews, checked in to see how I was going, and was always so supportive! Even now after I secured that role she is following up and making sure everything is going smoothly and if I am happy with the position. Hope is an amazing agent and it seems she genuinely cares and enjoys her role. If I am ever looking for another position, Hope will be the first person I will be contacting!
