My partner and I moved to Palma in search of starting our careers in yachting and signed up to a million agencies. As a newbie most don't respond, or send you a generic response advising there are no jobs for beginners. Not Crew & Concierge though, and definitely not Hope! Even now after I secured that role she is following up and making sure everything is going smoothly and if I am happy with the position.
