They both support the candidate to prepare well ahead of the interview with tips and suggestions to perform well. Moreover, they ensure timely feedback and updates about the process regularly. The company is well informed of the current market situation in video streaming industry. If you are looking for a job in the IoT sector, I would highly recommend Paratus People! The only reason I was able to land an excellent job in a specific country abroad was because of them. Sam Wiltshire, who at the time of writing is Head of Client Services at Paratus People, introduced me to a great company. At first I hesitated based on a very superficial reading of the job spec, to the extent that I jumped the gun and said it is not a good fit. Having access to some industry leaders within recruitment is priceless and the senior management really do invest in your self development to make sure you are where you need to be. The managing director Tom has been nothing but supportive and encouraging of my journey here at Paratus, the same goes for other senior management such as Sam and Jamie who have invested their time to train me.
