Project Start have been great from start to finish in setting everything up for my new role. Becky was very professional and kept me informed on how everything was progressing throughout the entire process. I have only ever been contacted about jobs that were suitable and relevant to my skill set. I highly recommend their services

I have to say that the recruitment consultants of this company Rhys Talmash and Harry Waller do stand out. I was contacted for a job and I agreed to have my CV forwarded to the employer. The next day and exactly as I was told by the recruitment consultant my CV was at the employer’s desk and they agreed to see me for an interview. That is a record time for a reply from a recruitment consultant. Next week I had my interview and as soon I finished the interview I received a call from the recruitment consultant in order to give me feedback, this is something that no other recruitment consultant has done so far with me. The day after the interview, again in record time, I heard from the recruitment consultant that they accepted me for the role. Rhys and Harry are the most professional, honest, approachable, fast, caring and open recruitment consultants I have come across so far. They will not keep you in agony, awaiting for the results of the interview but they will reply as fast as possible they have news about it. They will also prepare you for the interview giving useful tips. I would highly recommend Project Start at Yate as a recruitment company and of course Rhys and Harry who work there. If you want a role in industrial and engineering sectors, those are people to talk to. Thank you guys, that was a great experience!

Dylan was fantastic from start to finish he was professional and friendly never spammed me with un needed emails and still regularly checks up on how I’m doing if anyone is looking for a job then Dylan is the guy to get it for you. Had contact with a lovely young lady named Chloe Villis. Chloe was always checking in with me to let me know that she was chasing the employer I was looking to work for. Experience with other recruiters has never been as frequent as it has here. She worked additional hours later in the evening to arrange my interview, and even expressed an interest to keep in touch about my potential employment on her day of annual leave! Great service to anyone looking for a change in their work. Very friendly and enthusiastic, with great success in my recent job hunt. I can't praise Chloe enough for how much time and attention she gave me during this experience.
