From the very start Mark and his team in the Cardiff branch of Blue Arrow have been amazing, in the first instance of me contacting them looking for a job, it felt like Mark solely worked to get me into it. At least, that's what the service felt like. Pay was prompt every week and I received it on time every time. For example, recently I had a family issue and after letting Mark know, he tried his best to support me, even if it was just asking if everything was ok and if I was ok. Been with Blue Arrow close to a year now and really can not recommend them enough! My main agent is an absolute star and she got me work the same day I went in and signed up with them. Ever since, I have been to some absolutely great places and worked with wonderful people. The pay is always on time, contacting them is so easy and most replies happen within minutes, they have holiday pay and sick pay available, most jobs I have had have been above the minimum wage and they are just super nice and friendly people. They suit my lifestyle and will continue to be with them and come back to them in future when needed. 10 out of 10!
