Genuinely great recruitment agency. I was recommended them through social media and within a couple of days of moving to Cardiff they had got me an interview, and I received an offer for a permanent role a few days after that. I can’t thank Brook Street and the agent that helped me - Kerry - enough. Kerry is a gem too - she was so friendly and even taught me a few words of Welsh on our few phone calls. A lovely personal touch too, when a few days after starting I received a congratulations card in the mail. Diolch, Kerry!

I have had such an incredible experience with Brook Street, I was approached by one of their recruiters who gave me details of a job in my area I may be interested in. He was incredibly friendly and I was interested in the job, he got me an interview within a few days. He was so thoughtful to give me a pep talk before I went for the interview, he called me after to let me know they wanted to employ me. Even a few weeks later he caught up with me asking how the job us going. Outstanding service, he truly cared about fitting the right people with the right job. I will be using them in future if I ever switch jobs, which may never happen as I absolutely adore my new role. Thank you so much!

I worked on a temporary assignment through Brook Street for a period of 10 months in a public sector organisation. At the time I was unsure of what I wanted to undertake as employment, so was looking for a position which could provide me with some all important experience. I received a very good level of support and help in finding the role, and was very pleased with the professionalism of the agency. I dealt mainly with Helen and Leigh, who were my main points of contact throughout the role. They provided clear guidance and were always able to help when I needed support. The assignment was varied and dynamic, and thanks to the experience gained in that role, I was able to secure a permanent position in another public sector organisation. I do not believe this was something I would not have been able to have done, without first undertaking this role through Brook Street.

I was made redundant during the pandemic and I saw this advertised on Indeed. They got back to me very quick and had got me a shift within the first week of being employed. The rates of pay are standard during the week but you get benefits for working on a weekend. The management are very attendive when your not well or something has gone wrong. One thing that they have against them is that it is only agency work and the work isn't guaranteed. But otherwise fabulous company to work for.

I was headhunted by Brook Street end of December 209, in fact (New Years Eve) to take on a role with Pobl Group Swansea, Llansamlet who are one of their clients. I was looking for work so it was an amazing break and came at exactly the right time. The pay is well over the normal rate other agencies are paying, holidays accrued are fantastic and you are not penalised like other agencies where they deduct your holiday pay. The consultant I dealt with Rachel Cherry was switched on and knew my profile would fit the role and I have been here since 2 January, 2020 and my contract was supposed to complete 31st March, 2020 but they are so impressed with me and pleased I came from Brook Street that they are now extending longer, this could be ongoing. Rachel was professional in her way she dealt with everything, all the joining instructions and the meeting in Cardiff to register went smoothly, and she dealt with everything in an efficient way making sure I had everything I needed, paperwork, logging onto Brook Street job site re time sheets etc. Again, I was very impressed with her professional approach and she definitely went above and beyond the call of duty representing Brook Street. I joined Brook Street 10 months ago following a redundancy and have found them to be an excellent agency to work for. From the first phone call I received from Alex, he and the other staff have always been extremely helpful and make everything work like clockwork. The online timesheets are quick and easy to use, and they send reminders if timesheets are late or to remind your line managers to authorise them so that you get paid on time, which is brilliant! The pay is better than most permanent positions I see advertised, so I am happy to stay with Brook Street, knowing they are professional and look after their temps. Would highly recommend anyone to give them a call if looking for temporary jobs.

Breezed into the office and made an appointment to register as a temp with all my credentials etc. Was guided delightfully through the process and the phone rang with an opportunity before I'd left the car park.
