Very professional organization with wonderful staff! The staff in the office are extremely helpful and I personally always get my texts/phonecalls answered or they will always ring back :) there's always shifts going/work available - it was thanks to Sugarman that I had a 3 month contract with The Wallich, a well known charity. Sugarman have a wide variety of clients so there's always a new work opportunity - or if you prefer, you can get regular shifts in your favourite care home/place. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience with Sugarman! They know how to look after their staff and any problems/complaints, they take seriously. I highly recommend working for/with them :)

I have been with this agency since when it was cordant care , I get a good amount of shifts and have a good relationship with the staff in the office and find they go the extra mile for you , i have even had them driving me to a job i couldn't get to so i didn't miss out on work .... The money is varied depending on who the client is , some are better than others .
