Mike Hughes has been my main point of contact throughout the whole interview/vetting period and he has been very professional and responsive. There has been regular phone calls to check in with my week which has been nice and he has kept me up to date with any changes may there be any. I was initially worried about getting back into it but I can honestly say that Matt Naden, my regular point of contact, has been so helpful, encouraging, approachable and happy to accommodate that I really didn't need to have worried. He has totally understood my requirements and has been very flexible in finding me suitable work of between 1 day to 3 days per week that I have requested. It's also very reassuring to have regular follow up and feedback calls.
Tom Mayne has also been very helpful, finding me my current 3 days a week job, and in a short space of time, this placement has given me a very wide range of different experiences which have been really valuable, interesting and enjoyable.

J. O.I was pleased to observe how thorough the interview questions were in order to find out if I am the right person for the job in the way of skills, experience and personality. This told me that the standard is high and I was seeking for an agency which would recognise the qualities in me which I have gained. It also showed me that they are integral in wanting to find the right person for the school and, more importantly, the right person for the individuals who will be receiving the support. This, in turn, makes me feel reassured and gives me the confidence to know that it is a good agency to work for.
It was Beth Fortey who interviewed me and she has been corresponding with me at each stage in order to make things run smoothly and clearly and has been very helpful. She has been proactive in recognising my skills and in promoting me to the school in which she thinks is right for me.

Brody also catered for me whilst I was moving to my University house in Cardiff she looked for schools for me around this area and put me in contact with a man called Todd Wilcox who has also been amazing help and super kind and welcoming, he found my current job location and is always open for any questions or help I need.
This is an all round amazing team and great agency to work for. I seriously could not recommend anyone else. They cater for your needs and availability and are also super flexible if you have any other commitments. I look forward to the rest of my work with them.

J.I am now based in South Wales, after working full time in London for over half a century, and decided doing supply was a more flexible and less stressful avenue to continue in teaching since relocating to Wales. I am signed up to the Cardiff office of Teaching Personal. Since working for them they have provided me with continuous work (thus far at the same school) and been able to obtain for me the role of general / “day to day” supply cover teacher which I have enjoyed and have got to know students and staff (which is a great advantage). This is the type of work that suits me at the moment at my stage in my career. The consultant I mainly work with regarding my current placement is Ben. I have found both Ben and his other colleagues highly professional, honest, friendly, and supportive. Ben touches base regularly to see how I am getting on, particularly at the start of my current placement, and is excellent at passing on the positive feedback I have been lucky to receive, which has helped to extend my booking at the school and to know I am doing my best at doing a good job there. I really enjoy working for Teaching Personnel and therefore I highly recommend them and their Cardiff branch to other “educators” and those particularly looking for Teaching roles.
