Very helpful and friendly team who were always on hand to answer any questions I had. I mainly dealt with Penny who was a massive help when updating my CV, kept me updated of jobs she'd put me forward for, and replied to all my emails promptly. I found my direct contacts Kelly and Charlotte very approachable and helpful. However selection of job roles limited and the agency doesn't seem to address employment issues at your placement. Hence my leaving them with regret in the end.
