I have had experiences with recruitment agencies before and have all been horrible. But Lighthouse was totally different. Amazing, professional service. So friendly and efficient. Sam was incredible. He found me a fantastic job, worked between myself and employer. He was incredibly supportive , very knowledgeable and what more can I say but thank you Sam and all at Lighthouse. What a company ! Gerard was able to get me a brilliant job for my asking wage (which was more then stated). I was originally only casually looking to see what was about when out of the blue I received an email with an amazing job. I was approached by Gerard regarding a job he was recruiting for and although I wasn't the right fit for the job Gerard went out of his way to help rework my cv to help me in my job hunt. At this point I had been out of work for a few years and no one was willing to give me a chance until I received my reworked cv and since I have secured a career as a sales executive. The fact this company are willing to give up their time to help you even if you aren't a potential candidate says it all.
