I went to LKA after being made redundant at the beginning of COVID. They found me full time work the very next day, and I’ve been with them ever since, almost a year now. They have been very professional and efficient, and seem to have a good relationship with the company I am working with. There was only one issue, an error in my hours calculation. This was corrected immediately with no drama. I would recommend LKA without reservation.

I started working for LKA mid April, they managed to get me in at Parcel Force. I’ve been there ever since and one of the ladies would phone me every week to see if I was available for the following week. That has now developed into a full time contract with Parcel Force for which I cannot thank LKA enough for. My only criticism of them would be that after 13 continuous weeks you are due an hourly pay rate increase, I only found this out through people at work and not agency, This I felt should’ve been done automatically from LKA but I had to continually contact them to get sorted and it was only 77p increase. Also when Amanda did finally confirm it some of the other information she gave me in relation to it wasn’t correct as I found out later. But all in all I was very happy and now very grateful to everyone at LKA

What a great recruitment company.
