Lee was fantastic in dealing with myself and the company I was hired on behalf of, my pay was always correct and on time, and the online payslip system is great and easy to navigate. I've now become permanently employed with the company OSP recruited me for and I can only hope they give me the same 5* experience that OSP has provided. I've never worked with an agency before but I would (and will) now recommend OSP to others!

The guys at OSP were quick to work with me in the middle of the pandemic and they found me work straight away. Once they had seen that I was ready and willing to work hard then they went out of their way to find me a full time position. That was around a year ago and recently I found myself in need of another job. Because of our history, these guys jumped into action and found both myself and a friend a job. My friend bailed midway through the contract, but I am now being taken on by a company full time as I have just about completed my probation period. If anyone is reading this, here is what I have to say about OSP... IF, IF you are willing to work hard (unlike my mate), and give all you can give then these guys will bend over backwards to help you out. Sure you have to take a lower wage and go on contract for a period of time, but what do you expect? Their services have to be paid for, no? If you really want to work, they will make this happen. They are understanding and will encourage you all the way. This shouldn't be required, if you really want to work you will do what it takes. So, from this point of view I can assure you that OSP are on your side, helpful and friendly. Like life, you only get out what you put in. Good luck in your search for a job. Give OSP a try and if you are worth it I assure you that they will get you a job.

OSP by far are the best agency I have worked for, have never missed a payment or been, late if anything it comes early. Dan my agent is really helpful and a pleasure to work with, everyone else I’ve spoken to from OSP are incredibly friendly and take a lot of time and care with their clients.
