I registered with the GBN agency just a few days ago looking for a permanent position and career change, as anyone looking for a job will know it is a challenge. However, the team are very professional, listened to what I could offer and how my skills could be transfered into a different industry. Katrina was fantastic with advising on how to re-write my CV to make it more appealing to recruiters. She is in contact with me trying to find me a contract until something more permanent becomes available. Very happy with the service so far. Thank you guys, keep up the great work!

After meeting the ladies at the GBN group I was amazed at their caring and positive attitude towards placing me in a temp to permanent position. I didn't think it would happen so quickly. After briefly meeting Louise on the Friday, I had a formal interview on Monday with Katrina. What an amazing , professional and positive lady she is. As a foreign student who came to England to earn some money for a short time , I couldn't find a job in retail stores or in any other places that wouldn't be far from home. But one day my parents took me to GBN, and I am so happy for it. If you are looking to work alongside your studies then I would highly recommend the GBN group. They provide very flexible work. Additionally, they allowed me the opportunity to work a diverse range of jobs and so I was able to meet many new people and fully experience the town. I was with them for most of the duration of my studies and can say for sure that with them you will definitely be in good hands; the staff is hardworking, friendly and always on call to help. I have been an agency worker for GBN Kiloforce for about 8 week so far, and I have been very impressed with the level of professionalism and friendliness. They have managed to find me temporary roles in quick succession and have kept me informed of any important information that I may need to know. When one role ended, they were very quick to find another role for me so that the work is continuous, which obviously is very important, and they have also been incredibly helpful with any issues I have encountered with regard to work placements and holiday requests. I worked for GBN for 5 months whilst waiting for security clearance for another job. They found work very quickly and had regular communication making sure I was happy in each placement. Must be the best employment agency in area around Colchester, Braintree, Chelmsford and etc. Unlike other agencies can provide work during quiet winter periods. There are even more vacancies during summer - I've worked every day from Monday to Friday throughout that period. There are wide variety of works - watering, work in farms, warehouses and many more, so if for some reason a given placement is not fitting you (allergies, heavy lifting), GBN will find something else for you. As well staff in the office is very competent and understanding, never had any problem with them. If anyone in or around Colchester wants to make some money I would definitely recommend them going to GBN.

Hello everybody. I am Vytautas from Lithuania. In my country I used to be a engineer. I have pass my bachelor and master degrees in this engineering subject. I came to England find my lucky start. I have tried to find a stabile job in a 4 different companies located in Colchester. At the beginning I was not that lucky. The first try was not really successful, but I am quite persistent person so have not gave up. Some of my friends offered to try company called GBN kilforce Ltd. I thought: "Why not". I came to Gbn Kilforce LTD office and found 4 friendly motivated and keen find a job for me a young and positive specialist. I was really inspired by their behavior and trust in me. So I really didn’t want to upset them. These specialist at the first day suggested a few job positions strait away. I was surprised and pleased. I have got my job at first week. I knewed If I would prove them that I am honest employee and I would do my job in high standards (it was not that matter what sort of job I have been doing, most important to get trust from company where I am working) than their will find for my something better. And you know what, they did. I was really surprised and happy after few month working for minimum wages I have received a job which requires my as a specialist specification and a salary has been increased from 7.20 to 10 pound per hour. Do not be afraid do any job. If you make this company trust you, believe me you will find that lucky start too. Big Thanks for all GBN kilforce LTD companies crew.

I only just joined GBN and I find there staff to be very Rude and show you no respect. The way one of there rude staff spoke to me on the phone. It was out of order. They don't really care what you want to do. I was called lazy on the phone. I couldn't believe my ears. Stay away from gun.
