G. K. C.5 Star Whitehall resources, 5 star Max Taylor - coming from Africa into the European SAP market is not easy: Max took the trouble to understand me as a person, professional and candidate. Meant he could understand my skillset, propose roles that not only had my interest but my suitability too. He says "How are you?", and is interested in the response. He stayed in touch every step of the way including when an undesired outcome was realized. Everything is well explained and accounted for - great transparency. He made it a team thing. In a world where an interview failure is the last time a candidate hears from the recruiter, Max offers a big breath of fresh air. He helped me up and showed me a different direction. He didn't need to, but it also meant I missed an opportunity without losing faith - testament to his skillset. W. P.I maybe a little biased now having joined Whitehall Resources back in 2012. I knew as soon as I came in for an interview and met both Rick and Trem, this place was/is somewhere special. Despite a number of offers to work else (predominately London), I knew that I had to take this opportunity for my future to utilise the 6 years recruitment experience I already had. I have got many things wrong in my life, and a few things right, like going from your everyday sales job into the very challenging world of recruitment. But joining Whitehall has been arguably the best decision I have every made. They took a punt on me and I them, and I am pleased to say it is working out for all of us. Coming as a Principal Consultant and now touching distances from my 3 promotion to "Senior Business Manager" it has been on reflection "absolutely awesome"! There is no escape from the blood sweat and tears required by the job, but the rewards are something that is hard to put a value on. And to be honest, when you can earn 6 figures, that isn't something in life that comes without a little scarfies.
