I have been with Blue Arrow since April 2022, my advisor is called Natasha Eastwell and I have nothing but praise for her. She has been at the end of the phone when I’ve needed her and helped me get a 4 month position at a local company which has been awesome. Blue Arrow are simply the best and Natasha is a great asset to them.

I Was apprehensive about working for an agency such as blue arrow but a friend recommended them when I was unhappy in my employment. I need not have been worried as everything was so easy from signing up, to picking up shifts and using the app. Pay was always correct and on time and I was inundated with work. You can pick up hours to suit and the rate of pay is excellent. I dealt mainly with natasha and nikita who were both very supportive and helpful and always very responsive to any questions and I found my perfect job through working for blue arrow. I would not hesitate to work for blue arrow again and if any of you are not happy in your current positions then don't hesitate to give it a try!!

Back when I was 17 I started my working life through Blue Arrow and Sean & Jason were absolutely fantastic. After then going on to University, Jason got in contact in regards to a contact at Cheltenham Racecourse and asked if I could get some people to help cover race day. Again absolutely great as a student who doesn't want a pay day! Definitely regards Jason & Sean as friends now rather than managers or colleagues. Now into 2021, and unfortunately redundancy hit but there was a few roles similar to my career path. I spoke with Sangeeta who set up a new contract with a school and away we went. This role then lead to a permanent offer elsewhere which resulted in my pay nearly improving by 50% compared to the wage before redundancy. A lot of people think Blue Arrow and think warehouse, factory, driving and so on but they offer so much more! This role was for a site manager in a school something I didn't think Blue Arrow would be offering but they did and now 2021 is looking great after a bleak start.
