Professional and Courteous In my experience its not solely about the agency. The candidate also has their role to play. Being punctual, not walking off-site without completing a shift etc. The key message is working together. I commenced work via Gi last year, liaised with Clarissa and Matt who have been first class. If I had any issues or discrepancies it was swiftly resolved. I'm now a permanent employee, thanks to Gi for the opportunity. Keep up the great work (Gi Derby team)

I have worked with many agencies over the years and gi group is definitely the best by far. In particular though, Lauren Mann. I haven't had much need to contact go group but when I do I email Lauren because I know that she will get back to me quickly and professionally. She made getting the job I currently have a breeze and she continues to handle anything I need without hassle. Highly recommended.

I have worked for a few agencies since I was 18. I've not had anywhere near as many problems Gi Group. Always a friendly service and smile. If you have any issues they help you work through them as if it was them with the issue. My own experience with them have very positive, im not the easiest people when im annoyed but they never let that get to them down. They are fully understanding and reassuring. Very professional but also personal too. 100% would recommend.

Pretty damned good as staff agencies go. Get you work, pay you on time, sort out problems fast and pretty much leave you alone to get on with the job. More or less everything I want in an agency. I'd give them 5 stars but their PPE policy is nuts, frankly. As I understand it though that's something that's out of the Derby teams hands and they're as unhappy as I am about it.

I have never previously worked for this Agency it's a first time. On the other side have worked for other agencies and was disappointed most of the time. Gi group looked after me in every aspect . Whenever I had difficulties to make it to work they showed support and understanding. Payments were made always on time. If they noticed something that was not right they have contacted me first not other way around. They have sent me to work in Toyota as shunter car driver. coworkers were amazing. I highly recommend this job and believe other workplaces they provide work for are equally good. Also I want to mention Matt he was always looking after me and he has great manners. What he said did happen never and never lied to me. Thank you Matt! Wish you and the agency all the best!

My first encounter with GI Group began in September 2020 when I began my search for new employment following 5 months furlough then ultimately, redundancy. No doubt sounds familiar to many?? GI Group were unlike many recruiters I contacted, in as such they have been totally understanding, careing and informative throughout. I was invited to the Derby branch shortly after submitting my employment history and skills set in a makeshift C.V. I was greeted by Georgina who was totally professional and informative during a none pressured assessment. Further to this, I liased with Matt (Branch Manager) who along with Georgina secured my current employ. It soon became clear to me that Matt leads his team from the front as all my communications with GI Derby have been conducted with ultimate professionalism coupled with a prompt and courteous manner. If any reader finds themselves in similar circumstances as I, then I would recommend you follow the same course. Best wishes to Matt, Georgina and the team.

Don't let the negative reviews mislead your Judgement for GI Group. The reviews may be based on individual experiences with the agency, however, Laura Crossley who manages the Reckitts Benckiser branch for GI Group is excellent. She is always on point in resolving employee issues and always gives a swift response. Highly reccomended! Best in Derby!
