I previously contracted through Syntax over a four year period and had a very positive experience. They would meet with contractors on a regular basis for a chat and catch-up and also offer social events. Recently I was contacted by Josh regarding a position and, although eventually I was unable to accept as I'd made a commitment elsewhere, Josh was most helpful throughout the process and very understanding when I was unable to accept the position. I recently did an assignment working for Syntax and one of their customers. The whole experience was excellent. The on boarding process was very easy and Syntax were very efficient with timesheets, payments and payment of expenses. A great company to deal with very friendly and encouraging sales staff. I have dealt with Jonathan, Daniel and Josh. When they put you forward for an interview, they guide you through the process with lots of encouragement and send you an excellent tips guide. Daniel reached out to me after seeing my CV online, I had updated my CV recently after being made redundant. Daniel was friendly and professional, outlining the role that he had approached me for. He submitted me for the role and kept me up to date as the process continued. When I was invited for a telephone interview, Daniel sent me all of the details and provided a comprehensive interview prep pack, I was then more surprised that Josh reached out to me to conduct a pre-telephone interview preparation call, helping me to feel more confident.
