Easily our main and Best (get it?) supplier, can almost always meet our requirements, and on the odd occasion where they are unable to help with a booking they are always straight with us about it, reducing the risk of us failing loads. We have our preferred drivers who come back week after week and they always try to make ti so that the same faces keep coming back to us - because let's face it, who wants to be inducting new drivers every day?

Far best agency in Derby!! All staff are doing the best to sort u out no matter what probs u have. I've never seen so much interest put into every individual! I've been away in holiday (booked long before) and they payed me till last pence for last minute that I was entitled to! Thanks to them I got a perm.contract now and they sent P45 to company and did all papers nice and smooth! In the past I worked with some other agencies who tryed to rob me off, I had to beg for P45 when I left! The Derby branch of The Best Connection still owe me money due to a client refusing to pay them so they in turn didn't pay myself even thought it will be them that i will be taking legal action against. Update to review from 3 years ago; even though I never received the money that RG Fenn refused to pay this was a one off occurrence and all other times I have found the staff at TBC to be quite professional and very friendly so I have added 2 stars. They are actually one of the best if not the best agency I have used.
