C. F.I came across Brook Street on Indeed while applying for a job. I was called less than 24 hours after applying to discuss the application. There were two jobs advertised and I was put forward for both after a short chat about my CV.
Because of the current Covid-19 situation, all applications were completed on line and over the telephone. The process was very quick.
My advisor, Tom, was very helpful and thorough. He really pushed with my CV. Within a couple of days of speaking with Tom, I had a telephone interview with the company. A week later I had a second chat with company and an offer of employment.
At each stage, Tom contacted me to discuss beforehand what would happen and gave advice of how to handle the interviews. After each interview, I was called and we chatted about how it had gone.
This morning I had my induction for me new job, and Tom was still in contact checking everything was OK and that I was all set.
The support has been wonderful and I would recommend going through Brook Street. I have only been out of work for 2 weeks. They work quickly and efficiently and they are professional too.
