DO NOT use this agency. They give you as little information as possible, non of the staff especially Sam have single clue what they are doing . They are all stealing a living . Useless the lot of them . They didn't pay me in my second week at Manchester Airport while I'm working overtime everyday like a dog . It's disgusting how lazy and useless every single one of them are. Don't understand how some of you people give them even 2 stars let alone 4 or 5 . A bunch of monkeys would do a better job than these people

The registration process was straightforward and communicating with the phone operator is a pleasantry. Pay slips always arrive on time, the fellow people you work with are all amazing in their own ways. Honestly if you want to find a good place to work try hrgo.

Very responsive and helpful staff. Justyna from the Doncaster office is doing great. They call you each time to ask you if you are available, which saves a lot of time and messaging &c. This is my first week and I have not come across any problems so far.

I went in last Monday to the office off-spec to register, and was sent working three 12 hour night shifts from that night. When the last shift finished on the Thursday morning, I was then sent on days on the Friday and following Monday to a different place. The staff were quick, polite, got me in quickly and provided me with steel toecapped boots and a hi-vis jacket. I am very pleased with their service, am doing a fork truck licence over the next three days and have a permanent job on offer to me from the first company I went to on completion of my fork licence. Been with hrgo for just over 2 years now have worked constantly during that period with long term contract.Any issues raised have been dealt with quickly and effectively and very responsive.Wages and payslips are regular and on time and never occurred any issues. Good agency. In the last year or so my wife and I have been caring for my Mother in Law while my wife works full-time on a 4 on 4 off basis. On my wife's days off I'm available to work so I got in touch with Justyna to let her know my availability, she has kept me in work most weeks with adhoc work which is quite helpful both ways. I first met Justyna a few years ago when she was recruiting for 3.5 ton drivers for a well known red parcel delivery firm as van driving is what I usually do. I'm always wary of catching germs off people in the best of times so I didn't want to drive a spare van in 2020 so I stayed at home all year. Moving forward to 17th May 2021 I've just had my 2nd vaccination jab and hopefully good to go. Anyway I'm not trying to blow my own trumpet but I am a good reliable worker who believes in doing a good day's work for a good day's pay and I would have no hesitation in recommending Justyna and the team at HRGO Doncaster.

Absolutely great agency to work for really enjoyed working for this agency was always paid on time and loved working at the company. I was assigned to work at despite the fact hrgo now believe I'm unfit to work for them due to me been unable to get to the work. one morning due to my motorbike breaking down. Whilst I was on my way to the job and not having my mobile phone to contact them to let them know I couldn't make it. I also badly fractured two of my fingers the same week I took the job and I ignored the medical advice. I was given not to work and i continued to work there for another 3 weeks ( despite the pain in my hand/fingers) until the issue with my motorbike. But despite that I would highly recommend this agency in regards to finding work. Despite a bit of a gap in my work history they still gave me a chance so for that I'm truly grateful. Thank you

Issue for me was that I was originally told that there would be 2 months work and everybody was stopped after a week and a half. Told we would start again for two months, but the company employing us gave back word at 10pm the night before the contract was starting again.
