Great company to work for! The team are always friendly, professional and supportive. There is always someone available to answer a call. There is a variety of work in different locations and the hours are suitable for full or part time workers. The training opportunities are plentiful and always delivered in a friendly, professional manner with just the right amount of humour to make it a fun day at the office. The lunch is great too! I love the fact that I get paid weekly and I can request holiday pay for the days that I am unable to work. Highly recommended!

Have been working for RMR for over a year now, I really enjoy my role. I enjoy the variety of work, being in different places and meeing new people on my travels. As a single parent, the flexibility is key to me and RMR has been good at matching me with suitable shifts. As with any agency, there are quiet times and then times when landslides of shifts come in. The staff in the RMR office are always up for a cuppa and a natter anytime I drop by! The training opportunities have really picked up, plenty courses to choose from with an online portal booking system. There are many nursing agencies out there but RMR is one that aims to make their agency workers feel valued and that makes a huge difference.

I have been part of the RMR family for two and a half years and it has been the best. I needed more flexibility with having a child and stressing around childcare however it has been so stress free since i started. I have to say it is by far the best company i have worked for. They are there to support you in work and out of work. Its nice to work for a company that cares about you as much as it does. Its all the small things they do that make a difference and for me set them apart from any other company ive worked for. The training is great and professional and always fun. So glad i made the leap and went fulltime with RMR.
