I have worked with H1 for many years I left in 2015 to join another several agencies which I wasn't impressed with. In 2019 I rejoined H1 and found the company as good as ever. Ruth is amazing and really easy to talk to. I get plenty shifts and could work every day if I wanted to . Unfortunately I am off on long term sick to care for my mother who has terminal cancer and will be returning as a nurse whenever it is suitable.Well done H1

I have worked with H1 Healthcare for a number of years. I have always found the staff incredibly welcoming and supportive. H1 take compliance very seriously and always make sure my training is upto date. Excellent quality face to face training and online training is available. There’s always clinical support available if required to discuss potential concerns for instance. I've worked with Sakib and the H1 Healthcare team for a number of years now. They are always very responsive, they are dedicated to their roles and service, they deliver on their promises and they're transparent. I couldn't recommend H1 Healthcare highly enough, if I could give them 10 stars I would! If the homes request a particular person from H1 Healthcare, we can book them in with no issues or the team will speak to the home directly. We rarely receive cancellations, name changes or no shows from this agency which just shows me how organized they are and how much they truly care about the homes and the service they deliver. Sakib, James and Darren are extremely approachable and responsive so reading the other reviews below are really quite void and incorrect I feel. If there are any issues, contact them directly and resolve because it WILL be resolved whatever it might be. Salt of the Earth kind of people, they have a real "homely" feel to them, they're like your neighbours you can call and have a chat with but in a professional manner. Nothing is too much trouble AT ALL. They've supported ALOT of people through COVID and lockdown and they're idols for mental health support. Even if you need someone to talk to, they will be there. Everybody needs that, and H1 Healthcare are more than "just an agency", they are people with hearts and care for people like me and you. Keep doing what you're doing H1 Healthcare, we wouldn't be without you in this world!

Best company ive ever worked for, been with them for 2 and a half years and can't speak highly enough of them, look after their staff, I get plenty of shifts and a good rate of pay. Theyre a pleasure to work for, been really helpful during these recent lockdowns too, checking up on staffs mental health and how we're all coping.
