I have been working with Ivy resource group for just over a year now. Having worked initially with Rob and for the last nine months with Charlie. I met Charlie in person give or take nine months ago when he first started visiting us on site. It has been a pleasure working with him. He always either calls or messages me once a week to check if all is in order with me. And to check if I need any assistance. It is really reassuring to know that one is not being taken for granted. Needed 8 CSCS carded members for a bed delivery and installation at Jury's inns hotel in Birmingham. One day only I had used another agency previously but they were unable to find CSCS carded workers. Contacted Conor at Ivy who was very confident that he could find these workers in a short space of time. I was slightly worried as I have been let down badly at the last moment in the past. But Conor came up with the goods. 8 workers with correct cards all arrived on time and all 8 were excellent. Many thanks to Conor and team for all their hard work.
