I applied for a community job through ECHO PERSONNEL and The staff handled the whole process. They took the time to discuss in detail and even managed training courses for me which was quite nice to be more confident. They always asked me if I was happy with everything which was definitely the most important thing to me . They always showed me transparency. Ben helped managing my expectations as well. I would reccomend this to anyone.

I am a young person about to start university and I am currently working here, and I love it. I have been treated with so much respect and have been talked to very professionally, even being at a young age. As of being treated so well at this agency it helps me to work harder and better because I love the work environment greatly. I can always go to my boss Ben and Anna for any queries and they always find a solution to overcome it.

Have been able to stay with this job for 4 months and I have enjoyed taking part in my first job with really good pay. I would recommend people who haven't had a job yet to try this vacancy.
