James is the best recruiter I have come across. Reach resourcing with James at the helm took the time to get to know me and exactly what I was looking for in a job opportunity. The personal touch really works in finding the right role. Because I knew what I wanted I was quite dismissive over certain types of roles, but with opportunities he thought would be good, matching what I was looking for he politely reasoned how it could be worth checking out which worked. In a non pushy way, he left me to make the decisions but maximise the right opportunities and insightful knowledge of the sector and companies to help me make the right move. It was a very positive experience all round and am grateful to have worked with James at Reach Resourcing. So far I'm 5 weeks into my new role and its feels like it was the right move and well matched. Cheers James.

I needed a new job and within that day he had sourced an interview for a role on the Friday. reach Resourcing is a great agency to work for, I've worked for them 2-3 times and evey time I worked for them they got straight into work at Willerby caravans and because off the agency (Rachel) they got me a full time contract with Willerby that I am thankful for they have contracts with a lot off firms so if you don't fancy caravans just speak to them and am sure they will help you.....
