I’ve not worked for Clearfield for long but have been registered with them for quite a while and never gone more than a couple of days without a job offer. They’re professional and very friendly and always strive to get you the best deal work and pay wise. But a big shout out to Danielle who is my contact, she has been amazing :)

Clearfield placed me into a job a few months ago, at first the job was great but there were a few issues which I told the consultant about. Then the issues got larger and larger but I kept the consultant informed and he was very supportive of me. Even though he knew full well that if I left he would have lost his commission(I'm guessing so), he still stood by my untill I left that role within 3 months. I am still in touch with the consultant even though I'm in a new company and we still have a good relationship. Now another recruiter, probably would have tried to coerce me into staying in an awful job and when I left they wouldn't have touched me again, but nope not at Clearfield! I will definetly recommend using these guys, us candidates aren't just pay cheques to them. P.s. apologies for long review but needed show just how good these guys are!!
