They found me work pretty much straightaway. The good thing is that they let you check the role out and see what’s involved rather than being told everything over the phone, their registration process is very straightforward without any hassle. They do go out of their way to find work for you and always keep you updated. Ellie and Georgia do a great job 👍🏼 Very polite and professional. Friendly bunch

Iv worked for acumen for around 4 months at a local company I started in factory then on to forklift driver, always got paid on time never no issues with wages, overtime always paid and after 12 weeks all the holiday rates went to were they should be any issues ellie always sorts them out a very good agency to work for rates good as well and at end of contract any moneys owed paid up no messing great agency for a change.

Best recruiter I’ve ever had, I got offered a job through this recruitment agency and had help all they way through each stage including each individual interview, progressions into the companies expectations and very high background knowledge of the job I applied for. Another point I’d like to raise is the manner they contacted me: they were easy to talk to, understanding about any situations that I may have had that made it difficult to gain the job and gave constant supportive feedback. Prolonged initial process of been registered. Helpful when needed during the process. First week was short on hrs and took some time sorting as wasn't paid the following week as told I would be. Eventually got it sorted when I took the time to complain and followed it through. Apart from those issues mentioned they seem ok and the placement I work at a good place to work.

When I applied for the agency on Indeed ,I recieved a phone call from Neil the following day to come for an interview. Little did I know I started work the day after! Thanks to Neil I was able to find such nice people and save up money for university. Ever since I started working from them I had no issues with when I will be working since it is communicated before the week begins through a text telling you what time you should be at work for. No issues with payments. And on top of that I was given the opportunity to work weekends and earn more money! If anything they are they are by far the best agency I worked for! Most recently Ellie has been the most helpful by allowing me to work so many weekends because I was leaving for university. Also when I told her I was leaving on such a short notice she handled it professionally and with such good manners. I would definitely recommend working for them since they are reliable, trust worthy and competent.
