I recently joined Career Teachers and I am extremely impressed with their service. Caroline who has been fantastic with providing me with regular work in local schools. After working for 5 years as a class teacher I threw my towel in for supply so that I have a work life balance and flexibility to look after my young toddlers. I think I'm going to stay with supply work in the years to come. I joined 3 other agencies and disappointed with them - I may get an occasional call from them but there seems to be no relationship with them or regular work. Caroline stays in touch and keeps me updated with the type of work I need to suit me. Thank you! 🙏 I feel confident with this agency! I highly, highly recommend this agency to anyone!

The right choice. I have been working with Celsian Education in Leeds for nearly 5 years. My experience with them has been excellent, with a consistent stream of work based on demand, of course. A little less in September and October and consistent calls from December on. They were fair with me in terms of payment and conditions. I worked with Celsian for a year after I graduated from uni, and only left because I moved area. The staff were all lovely - any problems I had were listened to and dealt with appropriately, although to be fair I didn't have many problems! To start with the work came in as and when, but Ben seemed really keen to get me into as much work as possible, so once I had built some rapport with a few schools I could fill as many days per week as I needed. Although some of the schools presented more of a challenge than others, I generally found the whole experience enjoyable (and sometimes eye-opening) and would recommend working with Celsian for sure!
