I was contacted by Nicola regarding new positions available, after having a great discussion, Nicola had demonstrated excellent listening skills as she identified her colleague Kim had a role that would be more suited to me. Nicola sent over the details, put me forward for the role and followed up with me every step of the way, checking if I needed anything else, confirming I knew where I was going. Nicola followed up with me straight after the interviews and provided feedback at every stage and she was always so bubbly, friendly and genuinely as excited about the role and feedback as I was. Bethany Appleby was assisting me during my job search & was really professional, helpful & consistently committed to finding me a suitable role, during a very challenging time throughout the pandemic. Bethany stayed consistent throughout, where the other recruitment agencies I was with, let me down. Being provided with feedback, updates, potential job roles, call backs/email replies & check-ins regarding my current situation etc, was so professional & reassuring where my other agencies were not providing even the bare minimum of service. I hardly heard anything back from my other agencies, who quickly trailed off to nothing, once registered. I found this unprofessional. Bethany was also very approachable, friendly & understanding, which was refreshing. For example if I declined a role with other agencies in the past, that wasn't at all suitable for me, I was met with a sarcastic or sometimes aggresive tone. I never experienced this with Bethany and was instead encouraged & explained the positives & benefits of each role but without the overbearing pressure to accept. Bethany did such a great job during a very uncertain & sometimes difficult time, by giving the simple courtesy of updates & check-ins, replies & call backs & providing potential job roles, which really did mean a lot to me and would to most people during a job search, when things are really up in the air for most people looking for work, but especially during this different & uncertain time during the pandemic.
