Menlo Park, and in particular Patrick Flowers, have been absolutely fantastic from my initial contact with them regarding the salaried GP post I was interested in right through to starting the job! They were well informed about the role and were very quick to keep me updated. I accepted a salaried GP post based on the information provided to me. I handed in my resignation notice within 3 months as the practice had not delivered on what was promised. I went back to my previous salaried GP job. Menlo Park did ask me to leave a Google review when I had just accepted the offer but I am glad I waited! Could have left 1 star but Menlo Park communications throughout the whole process was impeccable. Update 02/03/21. I am now changing my review from 3 to 5 star after being contacted my Menlo Park. I agree with them in that my grievance lies with the GP practice rather than the recruitment agency. The fact that they called me to discuss my review says it all and show how much they care about their reputation. I wish Menlo Park, and Patrick in particular, all the best. I would not hesitate to recommend this agency to colleagues in the future.

I had my interaction with David Murphy after applying for a job as a salaried GP. I received great services from Menlo Park Team. David was very professional, took care of my preferences, my special circumstances due to visa issues, very quick in response and maintained communication throughout the process. He was also able to negotiate the terms and conditions which I placed and very efficiently was able to make the employer agree on those. While David was on leave my case was handed over to Patrick for a week. I did not have to repeat myself or explain anything to Patrick, it was picked up form where David left again in equally efficient manner and same case when David came back which only tells me what a great team they have at Menlo Park who work together with a mutual aim of providing best customer services. I honestly cannot recommend Menlo Park Recruitment enough! My initial encounter with Menlo Park was in the second half of 2019 when I was unemployed. The consultants that I was working with at that time, Patrick and David, restored my faith in recruiters and the recruitment industry. In January 2020, I managed to secure a fixed-term contract at a university (maternity cover), and as anyone who has been unemployed will tell you, you graciously take what you can when offered and give it everything you've got. Fast-forward to January 2021, and with my fixed-term contract coming to an end, I reached out to Menlo Park again and was introduced to Ciaran. Ciaran is fantastic to work with and always has an immense amount of energy. He took the time to learn about my background and experience, recognise my strengths, and understand what I am looking for in my next role and what I can offer my future employer. Ciaran is a true professional, incredibly supportive and keeps to his word. If he says he will call or keep me updated via email, he does just that. What more can anyone ask? Ciaran is currently working with me on a role and was a great help preparing me for my initial and second interviews.
