Before writing this review I took the time to read about other people's experiences with Amanda at Aspire Leicester. my experience is as others have written and this points clearly to the consistently high levels of care that Amanda takes to ensure that staff are clearly communicated with and supported no matter what the circumstances. I have really enjoyed working with Mandy at Aspire. I was very impressed that my initial interview was arranged not only at my own convenience but also in my local area. Since then Mandy has been in regular contact, working hard to match my skills and experience to available jobs.
